Overpriced, a 2 bedroom apartment is equal if not more expensive to renting a house. A one bedroom is $150 less than renting a house. So for price you can get more space by paying a little extra to get a full blown house for rent. If you are going to rent in general, why not get the most space for almost the same price.

If you can afford $1,100-$1,200 a month, its not bad at all. Any hire and you might as well rent a house for the same price for more footage. The staff however and very friendly and help allot and maintain services really well and respond quickly. Pretty much the price is the only set back.
