Moving in was exciting because the atmosphere is really beautiful and friendly. It's close to freeways, the mall, multiple restaurants and grocery stores. Anytime we need maintenance, they are there within 1-2 business days. However, we have a pool balcony and don't really enjoy it as much as we thought. My boyfriend works in the pool industry and is very disasstified with the pool water and structure. It's not as clean as it should be so we don't go in but very little. That's quite disappointing. We also deal with sugar ants badly and repeatedly have to request pest control (which is prompt but not always efficient). We' even had to throw numerous food items away while they are constantly in the bathroom, kitchen, and on the floors. We have spoken to other residents who say moving to apartments away from the pool doesn't involve as many ants. We won't be renewing our lease, but if you can handle the ants or are willing to take a chance on it, it's a nice place.
