We have been here 5 years. Melissa, the manager is simply the best. She is always professional, friendly, and cares about the community. Gabrielle in maintenance is one of a kind and we are lucky to have him. He works very hard, very friendly, and gets things done in a timely manor. They are one of the main reasons we have stayed for so long!

I have been here 4 years and just renewed for a 5th. Location is great. The manager, Melissa, is one in a million. She is always friendly and professional. She is always on top of everything 100 percent of the time. The maintenance team is incredible. They are fast, friendly and reliable.

Melissa is professional and always delightful. She cares about her community and treats you like family. The maintenance team Gabe, Nick, and Juan, I have come to know by name, are all super friendly, polite, and efficient. They always get the job done quickly and right the first time.

Location is great but a lot of construction right now. The landscaping and pool are beautiful and well maintained. The maintenance crew is fast and polite and office is quick to respond to any situation. Security is aweful and doesn't exist most of the time. No cameras in the parking lot. Lots of break ins happen. Apts are not updated and we are always fighting roaches. Not enough parking so you have to pay for a car port so you will know you have a spot. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything. Every foot step, the toilets in the apt above you flushing, everything.
