The staff is very friendly however the property facilities could be kept better such as the pool tiles which look dirty and indoor barbecue area (sink and grill). The Gym also looks dirty such as the ecliptic machine pedals. Also the lobby area needs to be remodeled. There are also no special activities for the children or adults other than the office area selling cookies or doing activities to raise money, contrary to what I have seen at other facilities. Other facilities will have donuts and cookies, for Halloween they have candies for the kids, or a pizza night from 5 to 7:00 p.m., free Popsicle for residents, free gift wrapping for Christmas. Here I have seen nothing.
