When I went to pick up my keys, the staff informed me that my apartment was not ready to move in. I had to cancel all my plans to move and lost expenses due to this mistake; and only one staff member reached out to me to sincerely apologize. The next week, I went to pick up my garage (that I tripled checked that would be available to me that day, since they "reserved" it for me) and again it was not available...I am still waiting for one. I now have my living room full of the things that were to be stored in my garage, while my parents are visiting from another country. Again, no one seemed to think of an apology or take into consideration how their lack of trustworthiness and professionalism as a staff, affects the residents and the environment they live in.
