Our apartment was not clean at all when we arrived on move-in day. The carpet had not been cleaned, the sink was dirty, and there were roaches crawling in the sink. However, when we brought attention to this situation to the management, they were appalled and extremely apologetic, and did their best to make the situation right. While I was unimpressed with the apartment's move-in quality, I was impressed by the management's professionalism and willingness to work with us to make the situation better.
