Every employee in the office, the groundstaff, the maintenance technicians are very friendly and helpful. I've become a fast fan of the gym and the coffee machine as well as the free printers. Great perks. Looking forward to jumping in the pool inthe summer. The appliances are in working order and the apartment is satisfactory. There are some small fixits that seemed like they were rushed and cosmetic issues inside, like the paint job is not great but overall it's not a major problem. Would still rate 10/10 experience living here
