Only been here for a week. The move-in worked out well for me, the team has been very attentive and accommodating throughout the move-in process. When I moved in, there were a few things in the apartment that needed to be fixed but they were promptly fixed within this first week. The machine for programming the FOB key was malfunctioning so although I received my empty FOB for opening the gates, I have to punch in the code manually and drive in through another gate, which is going to be cumbersome until the FOB is fixed, as I would normally go through the other gate, which is much closer to my unit. The unit I moved into was clean and functional although the paint job seemed a bit rushed, as there was some paint on the light switch and outlet. The facilities are generally well kept but the stairs and hallways leading to the units had spills on them. Parking can fill up, making you park far from your unit. Reserved covered parking is an extra fee. From my unit on the second floor, I can definitely hear someone (perhaps a child?) upstairs running around upstairs, so it's not always quiet. I also hear sounds from the unit next door at times, it sounds like a light switch.
