Overall the experience has been good. The community is pretty quiet. However, I would like to mention that we utilized your online portal to qualify for the apartment. The system was not efficient, as all of the information was logged into the system did not transfer over the sales office. It resulted in my credit being pulled twice. I was very displeased with that. The office manager offered to write a letter for me, but I still believe that the Maine issue was the portal. It should work without having to provide a ton of emails and double work.
