The complex is quiet. That's a good thing. That's all I can say positive. I have lived here five months and from day one nothing was as I was promised as part of the lease I signed. The apartment shown was NOT the apartment my young daughter and I was assigned on move in day. We were placed across from the dumpster, at the exit to the complex. ??. Because of this we spent a lot of time looking at a nasty dumpster with trash strewn across the parking lot and residents running over it repeatedly until I called. The grass outside my front door was always ankle high and the stained sidewalk was extremely unappealing. The key fab for the gate only worked some time and the one for the garage was the same. The smell was of an old abandoned building. There was mold in the master closet. A water leak in the ceiling and down the wall. ALL the blinds literally fell to the floor due to dry rotted strings holding them together. The balcony had a bird's nest on it and on move in day I was told about it. Then asked to share the balcony with the birds. Of course!! I love nature. However, this meant bird droppings on All of my things on the patio AND running down the wall. This happened through TWO families of birds. From egg to flight. SO, we never got to enjoy our balcony. The pool was only available part of the time and there was ugly construction fencing at the entire entrance the entire time we have been here. The electric bill was no less than $165 a month every month. The AC would not turn off or act correctly. I entered a work order. Supposedly it fixed it. However, two nights ago the AC faulty wiring sent thick plastic smelling smoke all throughout our apartment. Fast. Then the windows were stuck and the two of us could not get them open. Took two firemen to open them once they were dispatched. Manager never even called!!! Not once! Not during the emergency and not even the next day.
