Apartment grounds are kept clean with friendly neighbors and staff. Convenient location with several restaurants and a Buck-ees being 10 minute walk or less. During the summer, our third floor apartment does get hot, making electricity bill high due to AC usage, so I'd recommend a fixed rate, maybe. Parking in front of our building is very crowded so we often have to park fairly far. We also have several outlets that haven't worked since we moved in.
