The apartment community is in area I wish to reside in. Great location and proxmity to night life, restuarants and other amenitues. Wish there was more resident events. Also, the charge for using the Resident Lounge is crazy expensive and not a deposit.

While we have only been here for 4 weeks, it has been a fantastic move. The staff and maintenance team are exceptional, the location is perfect, and we finally have enough space for both of us to work from home *and* enjoy our home when we are not working. If you are looking for a new home, definitely put 2929 Wycliff on your list.

The staff and maintenance teams are top notch. The property is always kept clean. Very little staff. I like the fact that you need fob to enter any doors elevators. I like the fact that you have to be a registered tenant on app in order to get through gates.

My experience at 2929 Wycliff has been very good. I have minimal, complaints because the proportion is pretty well kept with good amenities. Despite staff and management changes, I have not noticed any disruptions nor lack of professionalism during transitions.

Long term resident. No Major issues beyond some maintenance issues that needed to get readdressed several times but current office and maintenance staff is nice and courteous. Only reason i will probably not renew is because price is getting to high.

It is an older building so that cannot be held against it. Management has been up and down during my time here. Currently it is average for the area. If the location is good for you great if not maybe a pass.

The apartment is okay. The unit is much better than the other parts of the building. It is kind of dirty and the smell is pretty bad. It is really noisy because it is close to the Lovefield airport. Staff is really nice.

The staff is amazing. The upstairs neighbor has a 4 year old who was very noisy and Tonique and Preston allowed us to move apartments with no penalty. I can honestly say the service is top notch. I love it here.

Manage and staff are amazing. I have lived here over a year now, renewed my lease because of the location and the staff. I definitely recommend 2929. Nora and Tonique are absolutely amazing and handle business. Couldn’t ask for better management

This building is not managed well. There are security issues, break ins, the pool leaks into the garage, and tenants who break rules are not held accountable. I like the layout of my apartment, though.

Fine. Gym is missing equipment (dumbbells in particular). Things always broken around the place: doors, garages, elevators, etc. Actual apartment and finishings are nice. Maintenance people are good. Price is OK.

I’ve lived at 2929 Wycliff for about a year now and it has been nothing but a positive experience. I’ve gotten multiple compliments about the property from friends and family who visit. Management and the maintenance team have always been kind, helpful, and quick to help resolve any issue! I’ve greatly enjoyed my time as a resident and will be renewing.

My experience at 2929 wycliff has been mediocre at best. The front office staff has been rude or short on several occasions, they never answer the phone, I’ve had several packages stolen including one that contained my great aunts ashes. They never seem to want to help.

I’ve really enjoyed living at 2929 Wycliff! It’s close to everything in Dallas without being on top of the busiest areas. This property is well priced and any issue i’ve had has been taken care of quickly. My apartment is recently renovated and it’s very spacious in comparison to a lot of other apartments in the area.

It’s been a downslide since 2020. The quality of residence moving in is on the lower side. The smell of weed is a constant. The amount of noise from lawn care/maintenance during the week is a bit much. How much leaf blowing actually needs to be done?

The quality of finishes in the "renovated" apartments is low quality. There is little to no quality checks on apartments that are made ready for move in. The paint on the patios around the pool is peeling very badly which makes the property look cheap. The pool area could use some sprucing up as well.

2929 Wycliff has just gone down hill. I don’t know what I am paying for anymore. The elevator is down every other day. The hallways are dirty and stink most of the times. I moved in this place excited and now I will be excited when I can leave. If I could give a piece of advise to future renters, it would be to look else where. You can definitely find better for the price. I am counting down the days to the end of my lease.

I have had ongoing issues with this community since I moved to Dallas in October 2021. I’ve dealt with cockroaches and ants, the elevators are awful, there is trash in the pool area and it is not kept well or maintained.

2929 is a safe comfortable community. I enjoy my space and community. Management team has always been quick to respond and friendly. The grounds are well kept and it is close o entertainment, stores and the tollway.

Use to love 2929 back when it was managed by Lincoln Property. Now that Greystar manages the property, things have gone downhill tremendously. The management staff lacks communication skills and will give you excuses as to why they don’t do things in a timely fashion. They try to nickel and dime you for everything. Parking in the parking garage costs you, using the clubhouse for parties cost you, and things are always broken. All things that never happened before. I gladly and without hesitation tell friends and acquaintances who ask me about living at 2929 that it’s not worth moving to it. It’s like paying high prices for a low quality product. There are so many better apartment communities in Oaklawn that surpass 2929 in pricing and luxuries. Don’t waste your time or patience on this poorly run property!
