My experience has been good. Staff takes forever to respond if they respond at all. I do like the fact that maintenance handles issues promptly. The amenities are cool when available. The only issue is stealing.

It started out excellent. Now with all the theft & rift raft the community has gone down a lot. There is also no security presence which makes the theft more prevalent. The amenities have went down a lot. The noise has gotten worse. The weed smoking is seen all thru the complex
