I have been living in the community since 2019 and I was amazed of the apartment location and its accessibility. After a couple of months living here, I noticed that the common areas are not maintained clean such as halls, elevators and trash cans near the mail center. The pools always seems fairly dirty and residents are constantly breaking gym equipment and they are not replaced quickly. I can say I was embarrassed when my family came to visit and saw the poor maintenance the place had. Also, the walls in the apartment are very thin, hearing traffic and noise constantly. If you&apos;re thinking about moving in. I recommend picking a place that is not close to 75. I can say that I liked the place at first, but now im just rating for my lease to end to move out.

WARNING! DON&#39;T LET THE FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS FOOL YOU! IF YOU MOVE HERE&#44; YOU WILL REGRET IT UNTIL THE DAY YOUR LEASE CONTRACT IS UP.  I lived here for a number of years&#44; and we were the victim of multiple burglary&#39;s&#44; armed robbery&#44; you name it&#44; it happened on this property. Security here is a joke. The town home section looks nice from the road&#44; but you need to do a closer inspection. Actually try to open one of the windows in the bedroom&#44; and see if the window doesn&#39;t fall out of the wall.  Look under the cabinets in the kitchen. Anywhere they should have used a saw to cut a hole&#44; they used a sledge hammer instead. No joke. 

The noise here is nothing like I&#39;ve ever experienced in my life. HELICOPTERS&#44; AMBULANCES&#44; FIRE TRUCKS at all hours of the night. At rush hour&#44; the very busy fire station down the street gets stuck in traffic at the intersection of Coit Rd/Forest Lane&#44; so they blast their horn while moving at 2 miles per hour to try to get past all the cars. You can&#39;t avoid or escape the noise&#44; no matter how far you go into the inner-most interior closet inside the apartment&#44; you will hear a constant stream of cars&#44; motorcycles&#44; and firetrucks and ambulances.  I&#39;ve even been asked if I was on a payphone outside when speaking to someone on my cell phone.  It sounds like you have all the windows open even when they are closed.  

When I lived here&#44; I felt like I was living in a bus station with all the pigeons and homeless people.  When you move out&#44; they will charge you for everything under the sun that they think they can get away with.  They will charge you for carpet that should have been replaced before you even moved in.  The place was falling apart
but they do a good job of hiding it until they get you stuck in a lease contract.

If you like the smell of Mexican food&#44; you&#39;ll get to smell it all day long&#44; as Luna Del Noche is cooking up something that smells horrible&#44; and is located on property. Never quite got used to that&#44; nor all the dust and smog that accumulates from all the zillions of tale pipes just outside your bedroom door.  No matter how much I dusted&#44; dust was everywhere.

BEWARE - TURN AROUND AND RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT EVERY SINGLE DAY YOU LIVE HERE.  

Do not move here if you enjoy feeling safe. Vehicles constantly broken into, packages stolen, homeless people wandering the grounds because the gates do not work and have not worked for years. Mailboxes get broken into every weekend, which they don&apos;t even make the effort of sending out a mass notification to the residents you find out when you go to check your mail and see the mail door has been ripped open. 

Complex refuses to hire a security company, pretty much said it&apos;s not worth it.Guess it isn&apos;t worth it when a random person breaks into a woman&apos;s apartment, then proceeds to barricade himself inside requiring 8+ police officers to come, and entire building evacuated. 
How about put a flipping door with a keypad to the mailbox area to start?  And a camera system, guess what that&apos;s only a few hundred for a HD system, that&apos;s 1/4th of one units rent! Cheapskates! I now watch my bank accounts, and credit extremely closely so if something ever happens I will gladly turn around and file charges against the complex. 

Hallways are covered in spiders, cob webs, floors are sticky. 
Maintenance does not understand what &quot;emergency&quot; means, so if it&apos;s 105 degrees out and your ac goes out, get used to it or find somewhere to stay for a week (yes, a week ago is when I called in maintenance request. I&apos;ve tried calling the office again but nobody answers the phone, they&apos;d rather sit on their butts and chat with each other.)

This is not a good place to live. I would recommend it to my family. I enjoy staying here. There are some things that could be changed, which is anywhere you go. The security needs to be a little bit more refined. Other than that I am very satisfied.

If something happens (like your car being broken into), despite there being security cameras, 75 West refuses to show the video to the affected residents. Yes you read that correctly, they will hide the video from you - I have heard this from numerous other residents who asked 75 West for surveillance video and were denied. There are dog feces everywhere!!!! People let their dogs defecate all over the place and there are no repercussions. 75 West refuses to do anything. Plus it took maintenance several weeks to clean up smeared dog feces right near my door, I constantly had to walk around it. I couldn&apos;t even bring guests over. The worst aspect of 75 West is their maintenance team. The maintenance team never leaves a note after visiting so you have no idea what they did. I caught them going into my apartment once without my permission thanks to my security system. Plus many times the maintenance team closes tickets out without having fixed anything. Oh I caught one of the maintenance workers giving me the finger on my security camera. Also mold underneath my sink was merely painted over. Some neighbors committed crimes openly and brazenly. I tried to post the video to the message board to alert the community, the manager Ana blocked it claiming I needed the criminal&apos;s written permission to post the video. Yes you read that correctly. Plus, what she told me was a lie, they were in a public area, I didn&apos;t need their written permission. Then management dragged their feet for months and gave ambiguous responses whenever I&apos;d ask for a status update on what was going to happen to my criminal-neighbors. Every month aside from the base rent, there was an unusual amount of recurring fees, plus they would find many petty excuses to tack on tons of other penalties. Also as a parting gift, after my lease ended, they then charged me over $100 in damages because I left a few nails in the wall. You were warned!

One of the best apartments I&apos;ve ever lived at. Very centralized location and close to everything. The gym has all the equipment I need and it is very spacious. The clubhouse is big enough for a big family gathering or event. Love my Pool View!

My experience with 75 West is great from the very beginning of the renting process until now. Safety of the residents is their top priority. The community is clean and neighbors are friendly. Overall 10/10.

Since I have been here it has been under 3 management companies. Bell I have to say by far is the worst. Maintenance comes in and out of my unit and don't leave a notice. I have a hole in my ceiling for over three weeks that should have been fixed. The gym is unlocked and it's not safe. The property has went downhill.

My experience since Bell took over has been horrific. My unit has been damage due to a leak and there is a whole in my wall and no padding under my carpet. This has been the current state of my unit for almost 2 month. The property is not well taken care of and trash does not get picked up. Maintenance request to have my microwave fixed took two weeks. This place is a hot mess.

Don't just walk away from this "Luxury living" - RUN!!!
Just a year ago 75 West complex used to be a decent place to live but since the new management company took over, this place went downhill sooo much and sooo quickly. I don't know where to even start? The pool was closed all summer long because they couldn't (or just didn't care) fix one of the gates, the gym started looking like an abounded warehouse, neither of the complex driveway gates ever work, the entire community is dirtier than the Dirty Harry and so on. This has become the worst place I have ever lived in or even been around.
Must be avoided at all costs!!!

Let's start with the benefits, the rent was cheaper than most places in the area for the size of your apartment. That's all the positives. While living here, I have had my car broken into because the property failed to maintain an operational gate, I've had my closet flooded twice and the remodels have taken a total of 3 months of the 10 I have lived here. My bathtub was ruined by the first remodel, I waited the first 2 weeks of living here for my stove top to be installed. The gym has machines and weights but is outside the gated area and the door never locked allowing for constant theft of the weights and use of the bathroom to anyone. My mail box along with others were broken into. The hallways haven't been cleaned once since moving in. The only way to talk to the office is if you go in and express your problems in person.

"Security" is a myth. Gates are always broken. Construction lasts months with updates only after complaints. Trash is a SEVERE problem. Office staff don't answer the phone. High theft of cars and boxes. Property as a whole has gone downhill. Pedestrian gates are propped open or broken so they don't lock. Mailboxes have been broken into and the USPS has reported this as most boxes don't require a key when they come to deliver mail. The amount of dog feces on the property is so bad that a tenant said if they could pay him to pick it up around they property, and they declined.  Even at that he said he'd do it voluntarily and they declined. He then proceeded to do so on his own accord to ensure he and his animal were not walking through feces. 

Increases in Trash without notice. Lease states " 2. Flat fee for trash/recycling costs. Your monthly base rent under the TAA Lease Contract does not include a charge for trash removal. Instead, you will be receiving a separate bill from us for such service. You agree to pay a monthly fee of $30.00 for the removal of trash and/or recycling for the apartment community, plus a nominal administrative fee of $3 per month (not to exceed $3) for processing and billing." Instead tenants are charged astronomically high rates for trash pick up. 

There are also squatters living on the property from time to time because all the gates are broken and there is no security. They are reported and vacated but the damage has been done. 

5 Leaks in my apartment from the same issue and it is never resolved or replaced only fixed to stop it in the moment. 

I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE! AFTER MY LEASE ENDS, I NEVER WANT TO SEE KR BE NEAR THIS PROPERTY AGAIN.

There community is pretty nice.  The town homes are in good shape and seem to be updated relatively recently.  The only issue I have is the lack of urgency in repairing common area damage.  There are still water leaks from the freeze in January.  They are small but it is almost June so we should not have faucets leaking or water coming up from under the ground anymore.  The security gates seem to consistently break as well then it's weeks before they work again.

I understand that it is an old building but.  the amenities that are being paid for are not managed well. My vehicle was stolen from the garage and nothing was done when I stated it to management. The property needs to invest in higher quality security cameras, which with todays tech, should not be a problem. Unauthorized people and vehicles are still getting in to steal cars, and then getting away with it. I dont understand why there are not a higher number of and also higher quality cameras on the property placed in critical and hidden areas. My apartment A/C is constantly shutting down regardless of notifying management.

Our experience has been ok. It started with our living room wall being torn out and not fixed for a month. Now the same wall has the same water damage and we're going though the same steps. None of the windows close properly and the noise from the nearby highway is awful because of it. They need to be replaced.

Lovely pets are welcome but if the pet do a pee on areas not assigned for it. Then we have claim on it. Case is 2 days ago a big pet was with his owner and when by passing by the trash, he  sopped and did pee, but his owner didn't do anything. See again the photos how dirty is our corridors

One of the worst apartments I've ever stayed at. Outside is filthy/unkept. Trash is never maintained. Neighbors are rude and disgusting there's human and animal feces everywhere. Charges inconsistent.
