75 West has great maintenance and the management staff is very nice and has been great to me. The townhouses are nice inside, but outside is another story. Ppl do not pick up after their dogs and just throw trash, cigarette butts, etc on the ground. The music and noise level of the neighbors is crazy..... its a daily thing.

I have enjoyed my 3 months at 75 West. Maintenance and Office Staff Are Amazing! My Biggest Complaint Is Noise/Music and Trash Being Thrown On The Ground... Trash Bags In The Roadways. I Wished People Would Take Pride In Our Community....Not A Cheap Place To Live So I Hate Trashiness. In The Back Portion Of The Townhouses The Landscaping/Greenery Is Not Up To Par With The Front Portions. It Looks Like The Front Is More Important Than The Back. Lastly, the buildings in back really need powerwashed.

Staff and Maintenance Staff are EXTREMELY nice and accommodating. Townhouses are very nice. They do need some TLC with cleaning (powerwashing) and groundcover for the rent prices - front of complex has better landscaping and has better curb appeal,
