75 West is conveniently located with excellent management. The townhouses are well designed and offer private garages. As a retired person, I find this a very comfortable community. The maintenance staff is very responsive and professional.

Since new ownership and management took over a couple of years ago, there has been a wide range of improvements. The community is conveniently located to major thoroughfares and shopping centers. The maintenance team is professional and responsive, one of the real benefits of renting versus owning.
