My time at 75 west is a 7.5 out of 10. I've had thousands worth of packages stolen. An office manager improperly tried to get me evicted when there server was broken. And the security is lacking in all fronts. Front gate is always wide open and I see sketchy cars often. I had to invest in a ring doorbell, but that still didn't detour thieves. Kids were smoking weed in the gym. The gym equipment is subpar. The pools aren't as attractive when random guest access it. The community center is basic. I am here solely for the Priceline of the townhome community. They could stand to make a few upgrades. Take out the carpeted stairs and match the hardwood. Offer an accent wall as an incentive. Just do more to uphold the luxury apartment tagline you are selling. I've been here since 2018 solely for the style of home which is an anomaly in Dallas.
