Decent experience but had issues for ten months of my lease with neighbor whom smoked pot. I had to deal with the odor and not much was done from management even though I called security to report and I did t renew largely because of this issue. I find the odor offensive and I suspect it resolved only when the neighbor moved out. And while I suffered a miscarriage Im not sure if it wouldve happened or if it was more likely with the constant exposure. I eventually gave up as nothing was caused but aggravation. For the price I was paying Id expect not to have offensive odors in my apartment. The elevator in the retail building is awful it had a mind of its own on many occasions it wouldnt open in the garage side at all. I finally gave up but it worked for a few months after submitting work order.
