Overall experience from the cleanliness, the cheap upgrades, and high rent. Just not worth it. Management changes often then the communication with staff is just poor at times.

Not enough words or time will definitely not be renewing and Oh they dont pay referrals or take phone calls. Management changes constantly. Empty promises/ impatient and annoyed. Community is going down fast merky pools, uncovered walkways, trash everywhere. You pay $35 in valet trash and its a hit or miss. Over priced but advertised as luxury apartments.
