I would NOT recommend moving to 75 West. The quality of service and care has gone down tremendously when the community was purchased by Bell Partners. It's extremely dirty, the amenities have been stripped down to nothing or just nonexistent. They charge astronomical fees to their residents. Im leaving as soon as my lease is up. I would leave sooner but the resetting fee is too steep. I hate it here.

I would say overall my experience at 75 West has been fair. I would prefer to have access to amenities such as the business center. Its disturbing to read on the community page about other residents experience, rather its packages being stolen from their door, trash issues, etc.

So far my experience has been most enjoyable. I was able to get the perfect floor plan, great rate and great customer service. The residents have been helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this community to others.
