WOW at these reviews. I believe to REFUSE to believe these weren't written by the office or someone they know because they can't be from anyone who actually lives here! Where do I start, there is absolutely nothing positive to say about this "luxury" apartment! It is absolutely filthy around here! I either they don't have a grounds keeper or they're lazy because this place is disgusting! Trash in the parking garage, no one picks up their dog poop so it smells horrible throughout the apartment from the parking garage all the way to the front of the townhomes, there has literally been a mask sitting in the corners of one of the floor for TWO months before someone finally kicked it down and it's been on the ground floor ever since. Recently a someone new has moved over here and blast their loud music from as early as 8pm to as late as 3:45 AM. Many have complained to the office and one resident said they'd reported to the office 3 TIME. And it's impossible for them not to know because one of the people who works in the office lives on the second floor! The only reason they stopped is because the police was called and I know because I was the one who finally called! Don't get on the office's bad side either because they will absolutely pick and choose who they want to terrorize because they were/are too afraid to confront these individuals but harass others. And I don't mean 'just doing their jobs' no, it's reached the level of harassment. I've heard myself and been told by other neighbors about them banging on the door like the police trying to kick people out durning C19 and before then, I guess they think we don't talk to each other their abhorrent behavior doesn't go unnoticed or unspoken among the community. And to continue the point that they will pick and choose, if you're on their bad side like the people who I've previous described, they will find reasons to leave 'written warning' for thing others do on a day to day basis. Not to mention I've see a towing notice on someone's car with NO date and it was towed without notice. We had security after someone was murdered over here and they were gone in less than a year. Homeless people walk through people's balcony and have even squatted there for the night! Not to mention how ------ the inside of the apartments actually are! Light switches don't work or cut of shortly after being turned on, doors fall off the hinges, the patio doorknob either isn't installed correctly or is painted over so you have to constant try to twist and turn to get it open. This place is horrible, I would NEVER suggest this to anyone who visits. Anytime I have first time visitors who think it's nice initially have their minds changed within an hour, nobody wants to pay this kind of money to live somewhere ------ like this! This was my initial review via google and I'm currently going to continue to post this on every site associate with this apartment because it is still disgusting, graffiti all over the place, and it's currently 4:49AM and the loud music is still being heard!
