Loud not all the time roaches outside apartment please trash smell everywhere and apartment still not fix carpet still mildew and have my house smelling like that carpet still missing stuff n not clean mold get painted over n water damage and water still comes in the house small amount. It was a shooting before n was not reported and pool stay dirty and clubhouse never really open etc

This place have potential few things can be worked on and Community could be cleaner and maintenance could do a better job and the pool and clubhouse should be open and more laundry area like really we pay too much for this
