75 WEST - GO NORTH, EAST or SOUTH BUT NOT HERE !!!!!!!- If you do not have concerns about safety, cleanliness, integrity with mail and deliveries (Amazon, FedEx, UPS, regular)- and can be ok with sub-standard accommodations, appliances that are dated, and a management team that does not seem connected to you as a member of their community - then this might the place for you. I lived there for 12 months and the DAY I moved in I knew I was moving out. This is a Greystar property and a real shame because they own other properties that are managed and kept-up much better. Management allows mailboxes to be broken into repeatedly. Packages are stolen. Tenants are allowed to work on their cars in the open drive area. I had over 15 service tickets opened in the first few months and was made to feel like they were "my fault" because this unit was not ready to be leased without proper updates. For the price they are asking I expected more. If you want a 2-3 star property - this is what you get at 75 West.
