Just okay. I like the apartment itself. I like the layout and the upgraded interior. I don't like not being able to opt out of valet trash and that trash is all over the campus. Not a fan that the new app for the gate opener is required and that the key fob doesn't open the gate. I used to use the gym when I first moved in, but it went downhill with getting dirty and kids playing around next to me while I'm trying to work out.
