Verified Resident ā¢ 2022 - 2023
So far my experience has been okay, before the new company took over my maintenance request were completed within 24-48hours but now with this new company I'm waiting over 2-3 weeks for a response. I submitted a request back in June just to change a light bulb, nothing major and I still haven't gotten that service completed. Also the new company goes through rent cafe now and I can't use Flex for my rent payments, so now I'm forced to pay all my rent upfront when the previous agency allowed us to use active living and it was fine! This new system has made processes more difficult. I was considering staying here for another year and transferring to a 2 bedroom unit but now I'm starting to change my mind if I can't get a simple light bulb change
