My experience since Bell took over has been horrific. My unit has been damage due to a leak and there is a whole in my wall and no padding under my carpet. This has been the current state of my unit for almost 2 month. The property is not well taken care of and trash does not get picked up. Maintenance request to have my microwave fixed took two weeks. This place is a hot mess.
