I have lived at 75 west for a total of 5 years now and I had loved my experience here up until this past year when Bell Partners took over. This entire apartment community has gone to crap. I have never seen such a lack of care and urgency at an apartment before. Clearly all of the 5 star ratings on google are because the leasing office gives an initiative if you leave a great review and throw in specific names of leasing agents because they are all the same people in every review. The upkeep of this community has been terrible. The grounds are disgusting, trash is EVERYWHERE, the retail garage is just constantly full of trash and broken glass from all of the car break ins we have. When you walk around the complex it is very disappointing. At nighttime there are approximately 11 light poles that don't have working bulbs which is another safety concern especially as a woman who has to walk a dog at night, the complex is very dark (I emailed the office about this over a month ago with 11 photos of each light pole that was out and of course no response). The safety of this community is another huge concern. The main gate off forest lane has been broken FOR MONTHS which clearly they have no intention on fixing it which leads to multiple homeless people aimlessly roaming the complex and breaking into homes and well as a ton of car break ins. The retail building elevator goes out constantly and is currently out of service and has been out of service for over two weeks. Maintenance is basically not a thing. I submitted FIVE REQUESTS back in September and no one came and my issues were never resolved which is unacceptable. I have talked to MUTLIPLE other residents and they all had the same experience with not hearing back and no work completed. Whenever you call the listed office number the majority of the time you just get routed to the corporate office and never get to speak to someone at the actual leasing office which leads to NO RESOLUTION for any problems you are calling about. Bell Partners can no longer use the excuse that "they just took over and were left with a bunch of problems" because too much time has passed to continue to have these problems. Another huge issue for me is the retail building upkeep. I said previously how disgusting the garage is filled with trash, but all of the hallways are stained and gross and just need to be power washed which I have requested for over a year but no resolution. THERE ARE SPIDER WEBBS ALL OVER THE CEILINGS WITH HUGE SPIDERS DANGLING DOWN which is a safety and health concern. I have spoke IN PERSON to the office about this issue as over the summer I had a spider fall on me and the lady said she would have someone power wash them but NEVER DID. the leasing office does not care about any of the concerns or problems we present because they do not have to live here in these conditions they can go home elsewhere. This complex is just embarrassing at this point and I never want to have friends/family over because everything is just gross. THEY PROMOTE THIS COMMUNITY AS LUXURY LIVING and that is actually comical. furthest from. actually laughable. beyond overpriced for what we get and have to deal with.
