This place could be a lot better. There's no communication regarding anything like an elevator that has been down for months. It's makes it extremely complicated and is an inconvenience when you live on the 4th floor and have no way to being baby groceries and other items up. As well as having to travel and carry things up and down 4 flights of stairs. There is trash left all over the place that should have been picked up and doesn't get picked up or boxes left. I've also had issues with bugs even though I ask for them to spray and I have to spray as well and I keep a very clean home. I have problems with the smell of marijuana in my house when I get home from vents. I also haven't had services completed when I have put orders in for them.
