Verified Resident ā¢ 2023 - 2024
The air conditioning has not worked for 2 months and my neighbor has informed me that his air conditioning has not worked for 10 months. When I called the office two months ago, I was informed it should be back up within a week. With the warm weather it is extremely uncomfortable and not a healthy condition to be living in. It is very underwhelming since these apartments are beautiful and when the leasing office is called to attention we receive no answers, no expected date for air conditioning and no solutions. I requested a portable air conditioner but was not issued one so I had to purchase my own fan that makes little to no difference. The weather outside is currently 83 degrees and it's only going to rise. I live on the top floor and have many windows so it does get very hot. I would please like an answer as to when the air conditioning will be back up and if we can get a discount on the rent or utilities due to the extreme living conditions. I am very happy with everything else. The rent is easy to pay and the community is great. It's just Summer is approaching in the state of Texas and it is very hot.
