I have been very disappointed with my experiences while living here. There have been multiple times that my young child and I have been locked out of our apartment with no notice due to management having lost their copy of keys and changing the lock during the day while I'm at work. I don't realize it has happened until I get back from work, after the office is closed, and then have to call maintainence and hope they can help - meanwhile my son is hysterical and scared because he can't get into his home. I was told once that they couldn't help me and that I would need to hire a locksmith to drill the bolt out for me. I've been without air conditioning for weeks with only one little unit put into my apartment. Our apartment has been in the 80+ temps days. Anytime I have reached out to management regarding anything they are unhelpful and rude. Sometimes they don't even respond. This has been a horrible experience living here and management is awful.
