The mystery of the busted air vents
Helped us figure out what was causing extremely irregular air flow throughout the apartment. Despite being on the second floor, they managed to solve the situation. Even offered to to clean up the left over debris. Another great maintenance job here at Arrive!

Wonderful community and great staff members on property. Sunny is so kind & always accommodated our needs in the apartment. We attended many breakfast, dinner & cocktail gathers hosted by the staff members. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

New Tenants
My husband and I just signed our lease and I must say once we toured and met Sunny, I knew we wanted to rent here. I'm practically still new to Dallas and Sunny made me feel welcomed. I'm from California and it's taking me some time to get the vibe. Sunny was professional with character. She enjoys her job and represents Arrive on University with a personality! We're looking forward to making it our home. As a woman of color and a mature woman of color, there was no racist spirit in Sunny. Her smile is sincere and she has a sense of humor as I do.

I have recently read a review by a prospective resident at The Arrive. This reviewer opened the review by stating that the property is racist and xenophobic. This is a serious accusation, of course, and I feel a Resident response is appropriate for others who may be researching reviews on this property. My partner and I have lived on this property for over 2 years (2021-end of 2023). Both of us have personal characteristics which place us in categories that can be subject to discrimination in life (as do many others), but that has never been our experience living at The Arrive, or working with any member of the management staff who manage this apartment complex (including those staff mentioned in the review by the prospective resident Reviewer). Not only have we never experienced discriminatory behavior by anyone who works here, but we spend a great deal of time on the property and among other residents (a very diverse group of residents), and we have never witnessed nor heard allegations of racism or discrimination from our neighbors. Wonderful place
The quality and spaciousness of the apartment is great for the price of rent. There are plenty of storage areas and many cabinets in the kitchen to store cookware. The laundry room also has its own door which helps dampen the noise of the machines. The pool, gym, snacks and tea/coffee being offered in the main building is also a nice perk. The events for residents are all very well planned out, unfortunately I can't go to many due to conflicts in my schedule. My only concern is for the safety of my vehicle while it's parked overnight. It is quite easy to get onto property and after 26 cars had their windows broken and personal belongings stolen from them, there were no extra security measures put into place.

The most RACIST and XENOPHOBIC apartment complex
THIS PLACE IS RACIST AND XENOPHOBIC. DON’T SUPPORT THEM!!! I would give Arrive 0 stars if I could. First off, the front desk would rarely answer my calls and would only return them hours after. Completely unprofessional. Second, they canceled my lease right before I was going to move in, even though I had already sent in all my documents and set up utilities. They said it was because there was confusion about who was going to reside in the apartment. I’m a student at SMU, and from the first day that we visited, they never communicated that I should place my father as a guarantor instead of a resident, even though they knew I was a student. We told them multiple times. They had an intern at the front desk who was unattended the day we visited the apartments, and she never communicated she was an intern. They gave us the wrong apartment to apply to, even though we called to confirm that the apartment number was the same one we visited. Excellent apartment with great location
I've been here for five months, and really enjoy it. The complex is very well-kept, including the grounds and the convenient gym. The staff are all very responsive and friendly, which is much appreciated. The apartments themselves are very nice; lots of amenities and they're kept up well. The community is extremely quiet, which is a massive perk. Additionally, the location is fantastic; it's an easy walk from many things including shopping and SMU campus. Overall, definitely a 5/5 and would recommend to anyone looking for a convenient, great apartment.

Love living here
I have lived here for almost 2 years. I love it, maintenance repairs the same day. Robert and Sonny in the office are so welcoming. Great place to call home. The monthly events are fun and let’s you meet my neighbors.

The property was beautiful! I really enjoyed the layouts and the club house had a great open pool! I really liked the leasing team and the manager of the property, they were so helpful with all the questions I had!

We moved in several months ago and have enjoyed our neighbors, community, and the staff. In particular Aliya, Carolina, and Deanna, who work in the leasing office, have made this a wonderful transition. Whether it is addressing a maintenance issue, or putting together a tenant event, these ladies have done an outstanding job. Thank you!

I love this community because DeAnna and all staff members are wonderful, it's the perfect community to raise a family. I ended up renewing the lease a third time instead of buying a home! This is nicely maintained community with many activities.

Good luck moving here. My car has been broken into 3 times. If you have upstairs neighbors, be prepared to hear every footstep. The apartments have a bad floor plan. The maintenance staff changed and quality has been reduce. The front office staff are only concerned with bottom line and not giving their residents a good experience.

We haven't lived here long but we love it! The grounds are really well kept and it's so quiet! The ladies in the front office are super helpful and very welcoming. We moved here from out of state and did everything over the phone, which can be very overwhelming and they made our transition very easy! I actually had a friend of ours come walk the grounds before we got here and they were more than accommodating! So glad we picked this spot!!

This is the best place in the area I chose to live overall after shopping a couple of Apartments communities in this area 9 Cal compared to this you get everything new from top to bottom the office staff take their time with you and help you with any and every issue that you may have so I was grateful to move here I love my apartment don't plan on moving for years if anyone wants to live here and be conveniently located to everything I suggest you come check these out

I have enjoyed living here, our neighbors have been nice and it is very dog friendly. It is close to many restaurants but you don't hear noise from them at all. I work close by so I have an easy commute.

This is an excellent apartment complex! I love the layout of the apartments and the modern decor. The staff are super friendly and the amenities are great. I feel at home whenever I walk through my door!

It has been a joy living here so far. The grounds are clean and quiet, the apartments are clean and newly renovated, and the staff have been helpful and attentive. I have not had any negative interactions, and honestly have nothing negative to say!

I like this community but it took a while for them to get security. Glad they finally did. They have some good community events and the staff are friendly. The pool area is great, but they could do a better job of making sure the grills have gas.

It's a cozy corner of the world that is still in the center of everything. The ease of access to the plethora of restaurants on Greenville is a huge plus, and there are plenty of ways to get where you need to go

This is a wonderful community with a friendly and responsive team in the office. The neighbors are friendly and the location is fantastic. I definitely recommend Arrive if you are looking for an apartment in the SMU area.

I recently moved in and so far I really love living at Arrive on University.The property is well maintained and the apartment is very clean and "like new." The office staff has been very courteous and promptly responds to any requests needed. It definitely feels like a place that I am happy to call home!

ihave throughly enjoyed my time at Arrive so far. Its been clean, quiet, and felt safe. the staff is polite and helpful. havent met any neighbors but im sure theyre just as nice as the staff. staff always has snacks and drinks in the lobby
