The neighborhood exudes a serene and friendly atmosphere, with neighbors who are always welcoming. However, there are a few drawbacks to consider. One of the main concerns is the limited resident parking. Depending on the building you live in, parking can be a challenge. If you're on the first floor with a spacious backyard, you might find yourself dealing with someone else's trash blown into your yard or trash that has fallen from the night before during pickup. Another issue is the stricter regulations on backyard storage that have been implemented since the change of ownership. These regulations, particularly for residents without garages, feel unreasonable and go against the original intentions of the property's owners. The owners are concerned about maintaining the neighborhood's appearance, but these restrictions negate the original vision of the property. For instance, the last owner's allowed the storage of a grill in the backyard of your apartment but now it's against policy, they don't permit residents to store bikes, outdoor toys, or other items that belong outside. Crazily enough they permit furniture but if it's not to THEIR standard then you have to remove it. These rules are not only ridiculous but also undesirable for the residents. While the owners claim that these regulations are in line with city code, it's important to note that the city of Dallas doesn't regulate the storage of bikes and outdoor cooking devices in yards. This discrepancy, especially in neighborhoods that aren't under HOA regulations like ours, feels like a violation of the residents' rights. Despite these challenges, the neighborhood still has its charm. It boasts beautiful and well-maintained amenities, including a secure mailroom and package pickup. There are also lovely sitting areas throughout the complex, and a large dog park is a great spot for dog owners.

Nice complex??..parking sucks, it's quiet. The apartment is really cute and adorable. Not enough storage space to store your things. Rent goes up every month as soon as the special is off. Everything goes up.

Our experience has been nothing less than a disappointment. It's 7:59 pm and marijuana is recking from the above apartment. I have expressed this concern with management after the scent was coming into my apartment on a regular basis. If I could move without being penalized I would. One thing is for sure, we will not be renewing our lease after it expires.

When I first moved here, this place was amazing recently under new management. It's beginning to get harder and harder to get in contact with anyone of the leasing office and if you do get in contact with someone at the leasing office, you're not gonna get a response to the questions you need in a timely manner.
