After searching for a long time to find the right place, I can honestly say this community has been worth it. I looked at many different apartments before deciding on this one, and nothing else felt quite right until I found this space. Office and maintenance personnel were nice and helpful. Made sure our move in was smooth and without issues. When we did notice our apartment had an issue, the issue was addressed and solved within two to three hours. Love the complex thus far. Already met people in the community and are loving it.

Toured the apartments with Tayvon. He was very informative, welcoming and knowledgeable about the apartments! I love the floor plans, the color scheme and the amenities. The location is perfect for anyone who works in Dallas, but doesn't want to live downtown. You're close to entertainment, shopping and grocery stores!

Brand new community. Great location and nice friendly staff. Love the package delivery system, dog park, and nice spacious yards. Overall very quiet and clean complex. Happy I chose this complex as my place to call home!

Great new apartments. Happy so far with the location. They feel safe and very clean. We love our large yard for our dog and most importantly the reason we chose this place was for the view. We have unobstructed vote from our back yard. That's what sold us.

Tulim and Cree were the absolute best. The community is everything . The staff is very hospitable! You can't go wrong living here. I've really enjoyed living here. I was able to see my actual unit before moving in. Every time I called, they picked up and helped me with every question or concern and I didn't feel like I was getting on their nerves. I would recommend this property to anybody !

Great new apartment with private yards, huge dog park, and great amenities. My two dogs have loved being here. The staff is very nice. So far, has been a great experience and I look forward to living here for a long time.
