It has been ok. It is loud and trash is usually on the ground all over the community. It is not the people who work here's fault but the residents deffinetly leave poop and trash all over the place. Also a lot of racing on street outside my apt

The area is amazing, close to everything. Peaceful environment. Love the parking availability. The only issue Maintenance. We have submitted couple of issues that were never addressed at all due to the shortage of staff. It has been more than 2 months. It wasn't even a month after our move in date that we started seeing molds in our bathroom. The quality of the floors in the entire apartment and the bathroom shower walls are not good.

Too many notices bossing tenants around. They go to all residents not just those that have been allegedly violating their policies. We should be treated as valued customers not someone you can unilaterally assess a $100 fine for whatever bother you at the time. Security is a joke. Visitors have to follow someone in to park on the top floor. Visitors should not be in garage at all.

apartment was nice, tenants were held accountable if lease was broken with old management, however with the new management and lack of staff competency it seems like a lot has gone downhill tremendously. apartment complex is worried about the wrong things; example floor mats in front of each door however they don't seem to be concerned with unlocked entryway doors, people tailgating in the garage due to the idiotic way they created the garage system, garage door app never works, stairwells and entryways smell like piss, consistent upkeep appears to be the front of the leasing office.

I only have one complaint about this community. The garage gate app. It is horrible. It fails to load and times out constantly. It's more of a frustration because I can obviously get out of the car and use the key fob, but if we are going to be given an app, it just seems right that it works. That's all I'm saying. Other than that the property has been great. I love my apartment and I've felt very comfortable and safe living here. It's in a great area and I'm thankful to live here. I just hope that when my lease is up that the rent won't be raised too much :)

THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE!! Read all of the good reviews, they are just about tours because the leasing office begs for reviews to make the apartment look better than it is. The people leaving reviews do not live here and are most likely bots. This is the worst place we have ever lived. So many inconsiderate and degenerate people live here (also very sketchy and obvious dealers making it feel unsafe).. There are CONSTANTLY loud and drunk people in the courtyards every night with nothing ever done about it from leasing anywhere from 9pm to 4am. If you never want to sleep again, live here!! There are also people who blast music all day every day, so if you work from home you will not want to live here. Basically, you will never get one hour of peace. The manager ----- is one of the most miserable people youāve ever met, and doesnāt know how (plus doesnāt want) to do her job. She even said she leaves the apartment (she lives here too) and stays elsewhere due to the noise..The apartment always smells like weed and dog poop/pee. Don't waste your time!
This property has gone down. The property manager Nancy is rude and unprofessional. My air has not been working for 4 days now and since it's not "a certain temperature outside", it's been deemed a non-emergency. The rent is too expensive here to play games with the air not working and they only come fix it when they get ready.

The apartment itself is great. The ammentities are great. Maintence is fantastic. It's the community members that are not great. Trash is left everywhere, dogs pee constatnly in the elevators, very few pick up after their pet, there are loud parties all the time. The staff doesn't seem to do much about any of it.

I've enjoyed it. I wish there were more events to meet other members of this community. Property is usually fairly clean and management is nice. With my overall experience so far i would rate this apartment a 7/10 so far.

My experience at the Jewel on Landmark has been great. The staff is attentive and helpful and the tenants are all fun and interactive. The amenities on site are top notch from the pool, to the clubhouse, to the gym. Would highly recommend living in this property.

Good, but I don't like the annual increase in rent. For a tenant who has been living in the property for 4years, I feel the rate should be fair. Not increasing rent every 12 months, I understand that there is inflation, but be nice to old tenants.

The apartments and amenities are beautiful! The maintenance is always timely and friendly. My only complaint is they NEVER answer the phones and rarely respond to emails. I have to go to the front office in person to get a response.

Overall, a fine experience. I am slightly bothered that the app used to open the parking garage gate sporadically works. This is definitely an inconvenience. Also, the doors on the third floor have been broken multiple times and are constantly either broken or will stay fixed for a week.

Overall, a positive experience. My only complaint would be on security. Doors to the building are often broke or unlocked. Recently, we've had package thefts as a result of anyone being able to enter.

Loud noise on pipes
Hi my name is Samir I rented this place first they delayed my moving date, so when I rent the apartment, they give me the sheet to see what's wrong with the apartment, The water smell bad I did a cross on that check mark, they have foundation issue, I reported the issue they give me the answer in like a week, and here is the BIG ISSUE since October the pipes inside the wall as you see in the picture, they make a really bad noise that you can sleep, I asked them to fix it they sent maintenance. He couldn't figure out, then they hired plumber, he couldn't fix it, they had the engineering they couldn't fix it, the noise is so loud it wakes you up every time at night I I couldn't sleep, I'm suffering mentally and physically so when they failed to fix the problem, l asked them to break the lease they didn't want to. Do NOT MOVE to this place, if you read the previous review that neighbor got flooded because they have, foundation issue. My experience has been okay. They took one of the amenities away without letting its residence know, the market downstairs. My car has been vandalized twice inside the garage, and it would be nice if they had cameras there for this reason. They hardly respond to my emails and phone calls as well. Even though they say no smoking inside the property, the hallways will reek of pot and it will then get into my apartment. The front staff could be friendlier as well. Some of the pros is that they will have food truck vendors come to the property at least once a month. The gym is also nice and spacious. A big complaint is the app to open the gate and other doors won't work most of the time. They are aware of this and have been ever since I moved in.

Exasperating Rental Experience: Endless Delays and Incompetence.
I completed my application on December 20, 2023, and my move-in date is scheduled for today, January 3, 2024. I promptly sent all the required documents on the same day they were requested. However, I have been informed that I need to wait for the completion of the screening process and for the property manager to be available. It has now been two weeks, and it seems that my screening process was flagged due to an issue with my social security number. I was notified 11 days later that I needed to provide my social security card. Despite suggesting to send a copy via email, I was insisted upon providing it in person by Casandra. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I found out that the property manager was also out of town. It was frustrating to take time off work and endure a 6-hour drive only to face these inconveniences, especially considering that I am moving from out of town. To make matters worse, after presenting my social security card, I was told that it appeared to be "invalid." Very poor experience living at Jewel on Landmark. The foundation of this building is poorly built and maintained. This community has a very serious bug problem but are still charging residents a monthly pest control fee. I'm constantly finding flies and even maggots in my apartment no matter how hard I clean because it travels in from the hallways. The apartment also charges a monthly fee to use an app for garage access that doesn't work. Imagine every time you come home, you have to get out of the car and walk to the garage gate to open rather than having remote control access. Management doesn't care about your quality of life as a resident as soon as your sign your lease.

Well it's a nice quiet place to stay but I think after staying at place for 3years they don't offer nothing like let us clean the carpet are let us send maid service to clean the apartment are it's times where things happen where u might run in some fianc? problems job situations personal to wrk out something but they don't do anything it's either pay are get out it's crazy but true

The garage almost never works. 80% of the time I have to get out of my car to scan my keys at the gate and this creates a hazard and makes it difficult for residents to enter or exit the garage. I've sent in photos and videos of residents brining their dogs into the parking garage to urinate by the entry ways and nothing has been done about it. The recycling is picked up along with the trash and it is all dumped in the trash shoot room by the paid for services. I've requested an air freshener to be installed in our hallways because it always has a strong odor but never received a reply.

It has gotten worse by the year. First, change of ownership. Then, it feels like there is new management biannually or annually. There's always someone new when I go to the leasing office. I don't go often so maybe that's why I recognize that it's new faces each time I do stop by. I'm as low maintenance of a tenant as they come. When I do address concerns, it falls on deaf ears. Moving out as soon as my lease is up.

It is extremely difficult for visitors to get to the 5th floor parking with no access to the parking garage, limited street parking, and no building access without personal assistance from residents. Rule of 2 guests at the pool is ridiculous and curfew is never observed.

Hi turnover in management and poor facility, upkeep, and maintenance have made living here frustrating. The automatic gate opener doesn't work most of the time, the coffee machine is not working about half as often as it's working and neighbors smoke in the building H

Pros: The apartment looks beautiful on the outside and has great amenities. Plus the apartment throws pretty cool events. Cons: Management does not enforce the rules here. They will send a mass email rather than confronting violators directly. Management rarely answers the phone and that is extremely frustrating. Emergency maintenance afterhours line does NOT work when we had an emergency water leak. Maintenance does not leave a note after entering your home, plus their vendor left my door unlocked all day after they did leave! People at the pool after 10 being very loud and nothing gets done about it. The walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors play their music very loudly at all hours of the day. The hallways used to smell good but it's has not in months! People leave their trash out at times they're not supposed to but once again nothing gets done about it. Biggest con: they can't seem to control their roach issue.
