This property has gone down. The property manager Nancy is rude and unprofessional. My air has not been working for 4 days now and since it&apos;s not &quot;a certain temperature outside&quot;, it&apos;s been deemed a non-emergency. The rent is too expensive here to play games with the air not working and they only come fix it when they get ready.

Don&apos;t waste your time!

We absolutely love living here. It is such a nice property and the residents are friendly. We live the amenities and all the events that are held on property. We looked at a lot of properties prior to moving here and we are so happy we moved here.

As long as you don&apos;t mind your neighbors&apos; dogs pooping and urinating on the interior patios, and you don&apos;t mind the neighbors patios being used as a dog park and the barking that goes with it, then you are the target customer. And to be fair, this has all happened since Beachwold Residential purchased the building. Corporate greed wins again. https://

I&apos;m a very fair person, I&apos;ll start by saying that: living here almost 8 months and the staff is unbelievably bad. They changed in Jan to new management and it got worse. You have to remind the downstairs office to have the cleaning crew vacuum the hallways as they are always littered with debris and random trash. A dog continues to poop inside the hallways in the apartment on the 3rd floor and I&apos;ve now reported it 4 different occasions and there has yet to be an email or any notice sent addressing the issues. As if they don&apos;t mind just picking it up every few days. SEND OUT A NOTICE! You also have to report it multiple times before anyone gets around to cleaning it. The &quot;security guard&quot; is supposed to make sure no more than 6 people are in the gym at a time due to COVID but it&apos;s never enforced. Supposed to be less than 25 people at the pool and no outside guest during covid but time and time again the pool is packed and no one is there trying to help decipher who should be there or not. The fire alarm has now malfunctioned and went off both in the middle of the night and during middle of day 3 times in 8 months only to be sent an apology email from the staff. Walls are thin and nothing is done about noise complaints. Had to send 3 different emails and appear I person to express that my fiancÃ© is a front line hospital worker who needs her sleep and that we need a real noise notice applied to our neighbor. After 3 emails and a personal visit they finally sent someone to his door. I&apos;ve lived in 3 different apartments in 8 years and this is by far my worst experience in apartment living. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Second year at apartment. It's declined since my initial lease. Face of property (in and out) is not well maintained for the price. Management changes every few months and the new ones aren't that professional. Good location.

Lots of concerns and want to speak directly to senior management of Oxford and not the local office love the place a few corrections can easily be made to enhance security and maintenance concerns the local staff is professional not personal which is ashamed given we need each other as I'm concerned about being able to share details

The garage almost never works. 80% of the time I have to get out of my car to scan my keys at the gate and this creates a hazard and makes it difficult for residents to enter or exit the garage. I've sent in photos and videos of residents brining their dogs into the parking garage to urinate by the entry ways and nothing has been done about it. The recycling is picked up along with the trash and it is all dumped in the trash shoot room by the paid for services. I've requested an air freshener to be installed in our hallways because it always has a strong odor but never received a reply.

Hi my name is Samir I rented this place first they delayed my moving date, so when I rent the apartment, they give me the sheet to see what&apos;s wrong with the apartment, The water smell bad I did a cross on that check mark, they have foundation issue, I reported the issue they give me the answer in like a week, and here is the BIG ISSUE since October the pipes inside the wall as you see in the picture, they make a really bad noise that you can sleep, I asked them to fix it they sent maintenance. He couldn&apos;t figure out, then they hired plumber, he couldn&apos;t fix it, they had the engineering they couldn&apos;t fix it, the noise is so loud it wakes you up every time at night I I couldn&apos;t sleep, I&apos;m suffering mentally and physically so when they failed to fix the problem, l asked them to break the lease they didn&apos;t want to. Do NOT MOVE to this place, if you read the previous review that neighbor got flooded because they have, foundation issue. The water is bad and the pipes are really bad. you gonna waste your money living here if you don&apos;t believe me, come sign at least and you gonna see what I&apos;m struggling with. They don&apos;t care about residences, All they care about is money don&apos;t get fooled by the outside looking, And prove that they don&apos;t care look at the answers from the review no one cares about you all they have to you is calling the office, I hope I can talk to somebody in the Corporate, DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE, I hope I can upload the videos of the noise, when I was emailing them, they always keep asking me to enter the apartment and try to fix it, but they already know that they can&apos;t fix it, they don&apos;t talk about the issue or how you suffer from it, they don&apos;t give you a solution they just talk about the money and why you didn&apos;t pay, Again, if you want to experience that sign a lease, and it&apos;s gonna be a A nightmare READ OTHER PEOPLE review about foundation and water issues

Loud noise on pipes 

My experience at the Jewel on Landmark has been great. The staff is attentive and helpful and the tenants are all fun and interactive.  The amenities on site are top notch from the pool, to the clubhouse, to the gym. Would highly recommend living in this property.
