My experience has been okay. They took one of the amenities away without letting its residence know, the market downstairs. My car has been vandalized twice inside the garage, and it would be nice if they had cameras there for this reason. They hardly respond to my emails and phone calls as well. Even though they say no smoking inside the property, the hallways will reek of pot and it will then get into my apartment. The front staff could be friendlier as well. Some of the pros is that they will have food truck vendors come to the property at least once a month. The gym is also nice and spacious. A big complaint is the app to open the gate and other doors won't work most of the time. They are aware of this and have been ever since I moved in.
