Loud noise on pipes

Hi my name is Samir I rented this place first they delayed my moving date, so when I rent the apartment, they give me the sheet to see what's wrong with the apartment, The water smell bad I did a cross on that check mark, they have foundation issue, I reported the issue they give me the answer in like a week, and here is the BIG ISSUE since October the pipes inside the wall as you see in the picture, they make a really bad noise that you can sleep, I asked them to fix it they sent maintenance. He couldn't figure out, then they hired plumber, he couldn't fix it, they had the engineering they couldn't fix it, the noise is so loud it wakes you up every time at night I I couldn't sleep, I'm suffering mentally and physically so when they failed to fix the problem, l asked them to break the lease they didn't want to. Do NOT MOVE to this place, if you read the previous review that neighbor got flooded because they have, foundation issue. The water is bad and the pipes are really bad. you gonna waste your money living here if you don't believe me, come sign at least and you gonna see what I'm struggling with. They don't care about residences, All they care about is money don't get fooled by the outside looking, And prove that they don't care look at the answers from the review no one cares about you all they have to you is calling the office, I hope I can talk to somebody in the Corporate, DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE, I hope I can upload the videos of the noise, when I was emailing them, they always keep asking me to enter the apartment and try to fix it, but they already know that they can't fix it, they don't talk about the issue or how you suffer from it, they don't give you a solution they just talk about the money and why you didn't pay, Again, if you want to experience that sign a lease, and it's gonna be a A nightmare READ OTHER PEOPLE review about foundation and water issues
