The apartments are extremely outdated. None of the windows open up so you cant get fresh air. During 9/12 months of the year, the windows heat up the apartment and the AC cant keep up so its super hot.

This is an older property with no fiber optic. Some apartments are updated and others are not. However, the floor plans are spacious and unique. Management is overall solid and well done. It is annoying to be told my review has to have a certain minimum amount of characters...

When we rent it, we didn't notice that the windows can't be opened in any bedrooms. The bedroom has no fresh air, especially its restroom. Even the living room, it got a tiny window to be opened only. It doesn't make sense for a big apartment.

The complex is nice and quiet. New appliances and great bathrooms. Move in was pretty disorganized. Keys didn't work for two days after the lease started. Parking is very confusing. Leasing office staff don't seem very helpful. Neighborhood is great, a lot of walkability.

I have been a residence of this community for less than a year but one thing I have to tell is they do everything to make their residents feel right at home!!!! This management compnay know what customer service is... I am in one of their biggest apartments and for that reason sometimes there is a lot of maintaining to do and they have never complained or delay any of my requests. They are always on point and do everything in their power to make sure everything is fixed or constructed to perfection. From the office to the Mantainance guys they are so resourceful and when they can't take care of a problem, they immediately hire profesionales to make it right. As of today I know I will be living in this community for many years to come. If you would like to move to the right place with space and great service, Post Gallery is your building.

The property management has gone downhill since being acquired by MAA. Maintenance request responses went from one business day to a week. They redid the lobby and it looks very nice but the units themselves need to be redone.

From the moment I moved in, I have felt like a valued resident. Any issues brought to management are addressed professionally and timely. I have moved a lot for business and have lived in many communities, the level of service provided the management and maintenance staff surpasses any communities in which I have previously resided. The building is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. Great community!

So far it has been good. Limited experience since we have only lived here for 3 months. Management responds within 1-2 days and maintenance fixes issues quickly. Very low key and has a great view with a good neighbors. Smaller community of older adults so you don't have to worry about parties/noise.

The living space is very appealing, large rooms, plenty of closet space; however, the maintenance of the building is less than sterling. It is not being maintained nor are any proactive inspections being conducted by Management. Tenants have to call to report spots on the carpet, overflowing trash cans (parking gadave), etc.

Post Gallery offers spacious apartments in a great area of Uptown. The building is close to all the action but is a reprieve from the hustle and bustle of McKinney Ave. Pool area is outstanding. Management office staff are the best in Uptown.
