Good community, but residents not very social to each other. The area in Uptown could be great but the community is under the path of airplanes landing/taking off from the big LoveField airport, causing a never ending sound in the whole place.

My experience is the property management makes changes in a vacuum, wastes money on updates that aren't needed and delays maintenance that needs to be done (I.e never repairing a fire door with a broken handle so when closed residents had to go outside to take elevator to reach their apartments. After 18 months of trying I finally talked to maintenance myself to get a working door handle. But the real scary and egregious thing they have ever done is not informing the residents about recurring issues with the elevator when one of the property mgmt employees almost got stuck in the elevator and it fell from 4th floor to 3rd suddenly. No email or sign posted to not use the elevator). They is an inexcusable lack of communication that left one resident I talked to unable to get into the bldg because mgmt didn't tell us they were upgrading security access that day. My advice is to look eleswhere

This is a great value for your money. Location location is prime and close to pretty much everything. Rent is pretty okay. Hard to find a better deal for price per square foot. Great first uptown apartment.

I really enjoy living at Post Square. It is so nice to live in a place as beautiful as this with direct access to uptown and all it has to offer. The maintenance team is always incredibly helpful and I feel safe in my apartment.

I have lived here for 3 years because I like the location and I hate moving. I pay over $1,400 a month for a one bedroom 850sqft - not updated unit. I understand that it's overpriced for what I'm getting - but like I've said, I've lived here for 3 years. They increase rent every year so unless you like moving each year, this is what happens. This rent increase is coupled with a decrease in services. They suddenly stopped accepting packages (before Covid, so unrelated) for the foreseeable next year and given the amount of package thefts and car break-ins (at least 3) should be a dealbreaker for you; they've sold all our information to install these "smart" thermostats (marketing gimmick- if you look it up, doesn't actually save money on energy on avg) without obtaining consent first (sold emails, names, phone numbers); elevator works only around 3mo a year; and most of all- my air conditioner broke over four times in the past year. It is broken right now. I have called (left voicemail) and written into their "emergency" maintenance line. I did this at 7:06pm. 4.5 hours later, still no response. Cozy community, with nice amenities for the price. Good value. The bad: the garage is messy and there is always trash between cars. It looks unappealing. The good: Safe location, with good security practices. There is a Starbucks literally downstairs, and a good gym (not the free gym, but an actual large gym) on the first floor. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance, including Whole Foods.

Staff was nice but the outside noise from the bars made it almost impossible to sleep and the neighbors were incredibly loud. The rent was too high for this small of an apartment and with how high the rent was, I was shocked at how poorly the outside factors were handled.

This is going to be long, so bear with me. First and foremost, DO NOT LIVE HERE. 1. I had to get all my packages sent to my work because they drop them on your doorstep and about 80% of the time, you will never get them because they get stolen before you can see them. 2. Something with the water pipes bursting/not working/construction across the street etc (basically ever excuse you can think of) has happened and my water smells like sewage and its UNBEARABLE. The management told me its just my apartment but the maintance guy let it slip that its my entire side of the building. He said "the water is still good to drink and shower in. Just give it a couple more days." SURE, let me drink and shower in water that SMELLS LIKE SEWAGE. I can hardly smell it much less brush my teeth. 3. The resident portal for the RESIDENTS "to communicate with each other." I love my apartment, but it is about $400 more than the regular one bedrooms. I don't think the community is worth what I pay. They have been increasing my rent $200 each year. There are a lot of young people here and many that share an apt.

It's been mediocre. Things are constantly broken (washing machines, garage gates, equipment in fitness room, etc) and no one seems to fix them. The community areas are always dirty and don't seem to be cleaned often. The staff have a high turnover rate and don't stay around long enough to help make it better.

Its fine. MAA runs a bunch of complexes, and you can tell that they are always trying to stretch a dollar. If living is uptown is super important to you and you don't mind sacrificing interior quality then its fine. I'd say its value, but its really just cheap.

RUN. I am not sure where to begin.. The first issue I experienced with Post Square was when a pipe behind my toilet burst behind my toilet and flooded my apartment. My place was not livable for 3 weeks while they replaced all of the damage. I was never discounted in rent for the almost month I couldn't live there. The crime is horrendous. My car was broken into mid-day on a Saturday in the parking garage, there was also someone who attempted to break into my apartment while I was there on a Wednesday afternoon. Multiple sexual assaults/ rape occurred while I lived there. It was an extremely scary experience living in this building as a female. When I communicated this to the staff, they asked if I was being targeted after my car was broken into.. Even though multiple residents and Starbucks employees had all of their cars broken into the same day. The management is absolutely horrible. I have a dog and the many times I had to call maintenance to fix plumbing, air conditioning, leaks, etc. I had to be there for them to fix it allegedly because I own a pet. Very noisy if your apartment is facing the parking garage. The floors in my 3rd floor unit are uneven in both the living space and the bedroom. The on site gym is useless. Tiny space with wonky ellipticals.
