Cozy community, with nice amenities for the price. Good value. The bad: the garage is messy and there is always trash between cars. It looks unappealing. The good: Safe location, with good security practices. There is a Starbucks literally downstairs, and a good gym (not the free gym, but an actual large gym) on the first floor. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance, including Whole Foods.
