Maintenance is pretty quick. They are very half --- though when it comes to cleaning. They come and fix everything fast and works perfectly. Noisy because of where it's located but still nice during the day. Residents are very friendly and our dogs play all the time in the courtyard.

My move in was smooth and easy. The office team was very nice and responsive. There were a few things that still needed to be fixed when I moved in. Maintenance came right away to fix it and so far so good. I have no problems at the moment. The unit was clean and spacious. I'll check back in next year at the end of my lease.
