The value is great for the cost! They try to build community and it seems some residents have been able to connect with one another, but with covid it has made it difficult to attend events comfortably for those who might be concerned about the pandemic. General amenities are decent, but accessibility might be a concern. Most entrances requires stairs. Location is great!
