I moved into Manchester after a divorce... I really wanted a place that felt like a home (not an "apartment") and I found that at Manchester. The office staff, Susan & Kelly, were so welcoming and have beyond accommodating during my 2 years here so far. My apartment feels so homey and I love the attached garage. It's walkable to everything fun in uptown. The neighborhood feels like a small town (not like downtown Dallas which to me is yucky!). The resident events and concerts in the park made it easy to make new friends. The maintenance guys rock and are very friendly. I couldn't have picked a better place to live. Even my cat loves it! He's obsessed with the ice maker.
