The neighborhood is everything! While Manchester State Thomas is among the older rental properties it provides a good value for the rent. The staff (office and maintenance) are friendly and will work to resolve any issues. I thoroughly enjoy living here!

Love the neighborhood! It's easy walking distance to casual dining, shopping, and the Arts District. Grigg's Park is great open space with lovely view of downtown. The Manchester State Thomas office and maintenance staff are always helpful. Its a very pet-friendly community.
