I have been a resident here for about 4 years and I love living at Manchester State Thomas. The events are fun and the neighborhood is unbeatable. I love how friendly and accommodating the entire staff is. I really enjoy living here!!

I love the community, the office staff and the maintenance team. Everything is complete in a timely manner and both the maintenance and the leasing staff are nice and knowledgeable. I never want to move and I will be passing the good news to everyone.

My experience so far at Manchester State Thomas has been amazing. I wouldnt want to be anywhere else. The staff at Manchester is so knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. They are very prompt and quick to respond.
