This is an INITIAL review and our thoughts could certainly be upgraded after living here for some time as we have only been here for a couple of weeks now. Maintenance has been very helpful. There are per droppings all throughout the path that we use to walk to the front door of our new residence. Also, there were a lot of things wrong with the brownstone when we moved in, albeit they were fixed quite fast. Also - we were told that we would not have a washer and dryer in our unit, but our unit did come with one. We had to have maintenance come out (who were very helpful) and remove the washer and dryer from our unit on move-in day as we had already spent approximately $1,800 on a new unit. I could have absolutely done without that expense and was not happy for our unit to have been misrepresented like that. No concessions were provided, we were simply told we recommend all people to buy new washer and dryer as they will become useful down the road.
