Community management has made a few insensitive comments.
Community management has made a few promises about maintenance work that needs to be preformed and then neglects to fulfill those promises. When I asked her promises, she said she doesnt remember making promises even when she said thing in front of other staff.
Maintenance repairs are done as cheap as possibly, dine half way or jerry rigged and it looks terrible.
Some sections of the community both sides of the drive up gate opens allowing residents and visitors plenty of room to get through. Also the far side of the call box opens, so visitors have to jump out in the elements and rush back to their car to for when the gate opens so it doesnt close on them. Its stupid and inconvenient to open one side of the gate when both sides work.

Tia, we are disappointed to see your low star rating for us. As we try to meet the needs of all our resident in providing the best we can. Something can not be changed as we are living the life style in an apartment and not a personal home. As for the gate every resident that lives here should receive a remote to open the gates for you (please let us know if it is not working for you) and your guest may need to use the box with the code. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will use your comments to refine our efforts to ensure this issue does not happen again.
