**Review of [Apartment Complex Name]** ????? Where to begin? I’m only giving this place one star to be able to leave a review, which honestly feels generous considering my experience over the past two years. Living here has been a complete nightmare. It all started when we signed our lease, only to be informed during our drive across the country that we actually didn’t have an apartment. They promised us a temporary unit for one month, which turned into five months of sleeping on an air mattress. The management is clearly disorganized, leading to significant delays and stress. Finally, when we moved into our actual unit, we were told that several essential items were missing, including a towel bar, shower head, and water filter for the refrigerator. Within just a week of moving in, our bathroom and closet flooded. We spent three weeks showering, using the restroom, and doing laundry in an empty unit while our bathroom floor was jackhammered. To add to our troubles, the first time we used the dryer, the fire department had to come out because the fire alarm went off. We later discovered that the dryer wasn’t hooked up to an external vent, resulting in heat being trapped inside the walls. This necessitated ripping out a wall to connect it properly. Once that was resolved, we faced security issues with the homeless population around the area, leading us to invest in a security system after a string of thefts and break-ins. When I put in a maintenance request for a new water filter due to a fridge light alert, the property manager, JR, informed me that the owners didn’t want to spend money on replacements. They’ll replace an HVAC filter but not something as essential as a water filter. And the problems just kept coming. While showering, my foot went through the poorly installed tub, which lacked proper supports. This forced us back to a different unit again while they fixed it. For two months, we’ve been living with a hole in our bathroom while they attempt to resolve a persistent knocking sound echoing throughout the apartment. After sending multiple videos and having their maintenance team confirm the issue, JR’s response was, “I was under the impression that your issue was fixed.” Having lived in nine different states and two countries due to my military service, I can confidently say this is the worst complex I’ve ever encountered. They struggle to keep apartments filled because once people move in and see the reality, they leave quickly. You’ll often see U-Hauls here. If you call and leave a message with the office, don’t expect a callback—especially not from JR. Move here at your own risk. Consider yourself warned. You can find numerous posts on Reddit and Facebook from other tenants who have faced similar, if not worse, experiences.

Misleading fees & unauthorized app submission beware!
I had a terrible experience here. The website was broken, but they spammed me with calls and emails until I started the application. No one mentioned the outrageously high application and deposit fees during the tour. I never submitted the application due to technical issues and unexpected costs, yet it was still processed without my permission. Months later, I found out they sent a $385 balance to collections — damaging my credit over something I never agreed to. Totally unethical behavior and a serious red flag for any future renters. Look elsewhere.

Apartments are super loud. I can hear the music from the apartment above me very loudly. I have called the front office and they said they can’t do anything about it. Took it into my own hands. Went and knocked on the door and no one answered.
