THE ABSOLUTE WORST PROPERTY. The Management Office does not respond and particularly Manager (SB), who is rude and aloof. The property is unsafe and unhealthy with chronic, unresolved building issues and unsanitary common areas, despite reporting to Management. Here are two examples of what was recently disregarded by Management for weeks: 1) Vomit or other organic, decaying substance splattered on a glass doorway in a common area, main entrance to the elevator. Large area - ignored by Management for close to one month; 2) Opened tampon by the elevator entrance. Unresolved issue despite multiple requests for Management to remove from the common area. A resident was forced to pick up the tampon and discard while other residents watched, due to Management&apos;s disregard. The lease agreement outlines the Responsibilities of Owner (page 6, paragraph 31). Let&apos;s hope Tipton steps up.

ZRS or do an extensive check on all the staff. Below is proof of everything they have lied about or have an understanding and have not done anything to fix the situation, as they take a shortcuts here. Photo Proof Included ! You will have to constantly baby sit the staff to get any results as know one is held accountable for their actions here as they all cover each others excuses. Your unit is fantastic if you just do everything yourself and do not allow anyone in unless it&apos;s something you cant fix. Example the maintenance people are afraid of dogs and won&apos;t come into your unit if you are not home or will not follow instructions left in the notes for something so simple. We would highly recommend a Doorbell camera as the Airbnb&apos;s have left this build unsafe and shows the security flaws that managment allowed to happen and wont take accountability of. Also the office knew about all the sub rentals at least for a year or more. ( It has taken many complaints from residents for this to finally be addressed even lockboxes were installed on the wall outside the complex. And they even responded to a review from airbnb! Now in late July there are still 5 going on in the building! When Kyren and Jenn were here this building was fantastic as that&apos;s where they have gotten most of the 5 star reviews They should have been the manager and assistant manager rather than the train wreck that is in charge now. The new leasing guy Avery is nice and always willing to go the extra mile. The New ladies in the office could not care less or take pride in their job. The New assistant manager is rude and acts entitled she&apos;s the one that called us rude for bringing the lack of cleaning supplies to managment&apos;s attention. The Manager has only responded to one email after having to talk to the CEO and will never take accountability for her actions. NONE OF THE STAFF LIVES HERE in this building which is why people lack pride. We have been thru 2 Managers here @ assistant Managers and 4 leasing staff changes and one maintenance person all in two years. We have no clue who is supposed to be on the property and who is not as no emails are communicated thru the office. Maintenance is never done properly example lights in Garage out for a year plus or only one bulb put in a fixture. We have tried to show them exactly what I am talking about, but they don&apos;t care and towing in the garage is not enforced ever (look at photo what we were told to do aka do their job). AC units in the hallway on multiple floors broken for 2 plus years and it has been reported that and still broken. In addition to the heaters in the stairwells were reported but never fixed or turned on and was reported as well during winter months. Once again us residents are having to baby sit the staff which is something that&apos;s obvious to any one that has common sense. More examples go to light bulbs in common areas look at photo. The building is sprayed on schedule you have to tell them about the bugs or you will need to spray inside your unit and outside to keep bugs out. Recently having a cricket problem and roach problem. Multiple projects going on in the building that have never been completed. Examples included the first floor carpets were changed the rest of the building was not. The Trash rooms were painted and never completed. We were promised more charging stations that never happened the spent money to paint the dog wash station that is hardly used by people and has no hot water for your dog. Overall save your money and stay way from Tipton. Would recommend the people who spent the money to create this great building ZRS!
