Hello, I just had to Share this.. this was placed in between my door Feb, 13, 26. First and foremost this is lie, and defamation of character.. because the letter clearly says several notices was sent out, and calls regarding $4.00 and I never received any emails nor calls. I don't like being bothered with the rent office, that's why I pay my rent through the renters app. AND NO I'M NOT ON SECTION 8 I'M A HARD WORKING YOUNG LADY THAT PAYS FULL RENT. On top of all that I have a whole camera, and whoever placed this on my door avoided being on camera. Why is that? Because I reviewed my camera footage and didn't see anything, This is weird unprofessional sneaky behavior. It took alot in me not to confront the rent office, but matching petty energy is unnecessary cause all they'll try to do is put me out. The part that gets me is the small petty poem and heart pointing at me.. like that was so uncalled for. I took this very personal, theirs certain ways to notify tenants instead of being funny about $4.00. This is really a toxic apartment complex. The fact that I bust my work to go to work everyday at 27 years old , while these other folk around me depend on the government.. and I come home from work to a disrespectful flyer in my door is crazy.. I'm starting to think they pick at certain tenants because this is weird.

Do not live here poor management the staff is so ------ and rude they have not fix no ac this whole summer and the apartment been really hot is there anyway I can contact somebody other than the apartment Because they need to be shut down

Don't waste your time, never have I ever seen such unprofessional people that feel like there better than there tenants. They wont fix anything no matter how many work orders you put in. Shooting daily, but they say it's fire works, there is no real security. The management moved me into a unit that technically was not ready for move in and still almost three months later they still have not fixed my unit. Don't be fooled talked to the residence and ask about the complex. Pinnacle should be ashamed of themselves, the problem is so bad half the tenants haven't paid rent in months because they wont fix anything.

What kind of business are you running that you would allow your tenants to suffer in the conditions I just witnessed. As soon as an issue was reported, your business should have jumped into action. You have put these tenants at risk from so many various health implications. Sewer back-up with feces is actually classified as the most dangerous Category 3 contaminations. This may contain 100s of bacteria and virus types. It requires a water damage restoration EXPERT to resolve. They cannot be in that space. What you have done is beyond criminal and there is absolutely no excuse for your reckless and inappropriate behavior. As well, you have a legal obligation under the Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act. I suggest you print it, read it, and keep a copy in case you forget. Then re-read SECTION 302. The staff refused to return my elderly mother's s deposit after she had second thoughts about moving here, because they told her after the fact they didn't allow pets. Also, on their website it says, contact office about Pet Policy. Plus, my mom notified them on the same day on August 17, 2018, and they cashed the money order on August 22nd. We're going to have to sue for my mother's $150 security deposit because she never moved in and we can't reach Pinnacle Management.
